Madisonville North Hopkins High School

Archers from Madisonville-North Hopkins picked up a tournament win over the weekend. The Maroons were among the teams competing at the West Hopkins Cardinal Classic. Madisonville’s #1 team finished with a score of 3324 to take 1st place for the day. Henderson County was second with a 3301, and Trigg County ended up in third place with a 3211. The Madisonville #2 team shot a 3025 and finished in 6th place for the event. In boys’ competition, Tanner Pryor shot a 284 with 18 tens and finished in 2nd place. Right behind him was Riley Peyton, who shot a 283 with 15 tens to take third place. For the girls, Beyli Daras finished the tournament with a 279 and 14 tens, finishing in 4th place. Kari Martin shot a personal best score of 276 with 11 tens and finished in 6th place.
